PRIZE
Acro Energy to give away a Solar Pool Heating System (with installation) and two gift certificates for $1,200.00 off the installation of a solar pool heating system. Prize includes:
- Installation in Alameda or Contra Costa Counties only.
- System Consists of (6) Heliocol Brand HC-50 panels = 300 sq. ft. of panel area.
- Suntouch Auto control w/3-way valve.
- 200 ft. piping.
- Solar sizing and design assistance.
Actual retail value: $5,800.00.
Not included in the prize are the following:
- Permit fees or additional plan check fees or engineering if required.
- Additional panels for increased temperature or if pool in excess of 450 sq. ft. requiring a larger system.
- Boost pump if required.
- Additional charges for light weight tile roof installation.
Additional items will be paid for by the prize winner (or authorized agent of prize winner) as required to bring installation of the Solar Pool Heating System to completion.
HOW TO ENTER
92.1 KKDV and 101.7 KKIQ will encourage listeners to enter to win the grand prize $5,800 Solar Pool Heating System by going to KKDV.com and KKIQ.com. A random drawing of entries will be conducted by an employee of KKDV and KKIQ on Friday, July 24, 2009 after 12:00pm to determine the grand prize winner and the winners of two gift certificates good for $1200.00 off the installation of a Solar Pool Heating System. KKDV and KKIQ will announce the winners on July 27, 2009 on “Hometown Mornings with Wayne, Heather and Don.”
ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open to California residents 18 years of age or older, except employees, family members of employees of co-promotional partners of Acro Energy and their affiliates and agencies. Family members are described as mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter, grandparents, husband, wife, adopted children or anyone who resides in the home. The winner must sign a release form stating that they understand the parameters of the prize, the general rules and that they are not related to the co-promotional partners of the giveaway. This signed release form must be signed upon receipt of prize.
GENERAL
No cash or other substitution of prizes permitted. Prize is non-transferable. Contest hosts have the right to change winner selection process without advance notice. The co-promotional partners, Acro Energy and their agents are not responsible for lost, or misdirected entries. Acro Energy and their agencies, affiliate companies and subsidiaries, accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any loss or accident incurred in the connection with any use of the prize, or resulting from the acceptance and/or use of the prize. Winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and selection of alternate winner. Acceptance of prize shall constitute: 1) release of co-promotional partners, their affiliates and agents from all liabilities with respect to the prizes; 2) signification of winner’s consent (unless otherwise prohibited by law) to the use of their name, address (city and state only), voice, and/or photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation; 3) an agreement to be bound by these rules. The co-promotional partners, whose decision will be final and binding, will decide all disputes relating to the application of these rules. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner and subject to 1099 from Acro Energy. Winner must complete a W4 form before $5,800.00 grand prize is awarded. Subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Qualifications & Disclaimer
Prize must be redeemed within six months of award date or be forfeited. Prize may not be transferred, substituted, traded, converted, or credited for other material or cash. Any other materials and delivery of material over and above the initial scope of the prize will be estimated separately with Acro Energy. Upon conclusion of the contest promotion, all registered entry names and contact info will be released to Acro Energy. Participation in this contest is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose their personal information. Information requested includes contact information (such as name and address). Contest participants may be contacted with special offers from Acro Energy. At that time, participants will have the option to request to not receive any further offers from us.
