THE PROMOTION
Listeners are invited to send in their requests the KKDV Ultimate Coffee Break to visit their office.

3) The winner is not required to be listening or to call in to win.
LEGAL RESTRICTIONS AND RELEASES:
1) All winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is under eighteen) are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, duties or fees applicable to prize winners.
2) Only one winner per office every 90 days.
3) KKDV reserves the right to discontinue promotion at any time and to disqualify any contestants who do not adhere to contest rules.
4) All applicable federal, state and local taxes must be paid by winners.
5) Certain date restrictions may apply.
6) Employees and immediate family members of KKDV, Coast Radio Company and participating sponsors are not eligible (immediate family is father, mother, sister, brother, husband, wife, stepchildren, grandparents).
7) The prize recipient grants to KKDV and it’s licensee the right to use his/her name, likeness, portrait, recorded voice and biographical material, in order to advertise, promote or publicize KKDV, it’s licensee, the contest, or any advertisers or co-sponsors associated with the contest and their products and services without further payment or consideration.
8) Winners release Coast Radio Company or their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and participating sponsors from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
9) Other ways of winning may be announced at KKDV’s discretion
10) Entrants and winners agree to be bound by the Official Contest Rules and the decision of Coast Radio Company Inc., will be final and binding in all respects.
